Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

One-time Pet Fee: $300 for the 1st pet $100 additional for the 2nd pet.

Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet

The weight limit is 40 lbs. per pet

We do allow birds, fish and rabbits.

Very responsive office staff. I have been here 5 years+ and never encountered any rudeness or unprofessional behavior from anyone. Maintenance always comes quickly. I recently got a new floor installed and it's lovely. Nice quiet complex. I feel safe. The only thing that concerns me is upcoming rent increases but that's everywhere I guess. Latanza in the leasing office is such a sweetheart and is so wonderful to work with! She has always answered my questions and concerns very quickly, and maintenance is just as quick and efficient. I felt safe and comfortable here; only moving now to be closer to work/family, but would otherwise renew again. My air conditioning in the summer was always pretty rough (running constantly but never getting below 80 degrees which caused high bills) but no real issues other than that.
